We had another great weekend camping with our small group this summer. This year we went to Dworshak Reservoir and Freeman Creek Campground. It has been years since Jordan & I were at Freeman Creek, forgot how great a campground it is.
Our weekend was hot, hot, hot, and the water was PERFECT! Lots of family fun swimming together!
Oh ya, and Aaron can even sleep with a life vest on, in a camp chair...took an hour nap on the dock!
The craziest part of the weekend was the storm. Thunder, lightening, rain and hail. The biggest hail storm I have ever been in! Turns out, Aaron isn't the only one who is not a fan of thunder. Our tent was a champ and held up beautifully! Barley any water inside, and it could have been flooded for sure! Then, an hour or so later, there was no sign of a massive storm. Amazing. Strange. Fun.
I love camping.
