Cashew Chicken

Tonight's dinner started as a "this looks good" on page 102 on Rachel Ray's look + cook book
It also meant a trip to Super Wal-Mart to find out it's not that super because they don't carry hoisen or tamari.


Then it turned to "this smells really good"


And then finally, confirmation. One of the best meals I've made.
